As the traveling photographer for charity ADD International, I documented the projects they run in Bangladesh to empower disabled people’s organisations.
In rural Bangladesh, people with disabilities are denied their basic human rights to an education, to earn a living, and to have a place in the community. They are condemned to a life of poverty and exclusion.
The images are used for fundraising and documentary purposes. They aim to show the challenges disabled people face, and the results of ADD’s empowering outreach projects.
